Mark has been involved in the Internet Technology field for over 28 years. Over time he has had roles ranging from individual contributor to manager to technical leader. He has lead the design, planning, deployment, and support of complex Internet data center environments. He is experienced in new build, retrofit of existing, and ongoing lifecycle support of complex computing environments. He has the proven ability to deliver solutions based on available budget and time constraints.

Mark has the proven ability to translate and explain complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experienced in the development of process and operational documentation for deployments. Mark has lead technical teams though large integration and divestiture activities. He is recognized for troubleshooting and a strong understanding of network routers, switches and appliances. Responsible for providing key design, guidance, support and mentoring within the team, using a combination of new ideas, best practices and expertise.
